Critical Issues to Address

Fourteen areas of life have been identified as significant in the restoration and reintegration of ex-offenders into society.  These include: Identification, Housing, Relationships, Health, Mental Health, Addictions, Legal, Employment, Financial, Education, Transportation, Belongings, Recreation, and Spiritual. Reintegration is a complex mosaic of these and Cornerstone Assistance Network Central Texas will initially seek to address three of these deemed most critical:

• Mentoring (for offenders, ex-offenders, and for children and spouses)
• Housing
• Job Skills/Employment
